About the Product
Greenway ZEST range of devices are high efficiency cooking systems for institutional setups. These are powered completely by solar energy and have no point of use emissions. These systems are designed keeping the specific requirements of institutional kitchens in mind, combining solar panels, battery storage units, power management units and induction-based cooking systems. Our current offerings are designed for cooking for 50-500 persons at a single location with systems ranging from 5 KW to 20 KW of delivered cooking power. The systems can be used in offline as well as hybrid settings maximising the return on investment for our institutional customers.
