Research Analyst - Clean Cooking / Renewable Energy

The ideal candidate will be responsible, accustomed to leadership roles, and work from our South Delhi office. Primary Duties or Responsibilities

Research Inputs and Report Writing

• Conduct desk-based research to create credible repositories
• Develop research inputs for ongoing programs and projects
• Plan and conduct consultations; consolidate inputs into reports
• Develop knowledge resources such as reports, case studies, and blogs
• Write policy briefs and research papers for publication
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and notes for meetings and workshops
• Provide research input for business proposals

Plan & Coordinate Research Projects

• Develop project plans and frameworks
• Engage stakeholders and conduct literature reviews
• Respond to research needs with synthesized and analyzed information

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in research or policy/industry engagement
• Background in development studies or energy technology preferred
• Experience with data analysis (mixed methods) required
• Strong research, writing, and presentation skills
• Experience working in international development settings
• Experience authoring academic or technical reports is a plus

Required Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines independently
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in writing reports and making presentations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Previous quantitative and qualitative research experience
