Telecom Centres of Excellence (TCoE) India, jointly with Telecommunications Standards Development Society
India (TSDSI), Council of Scientific & Industrial Research
(CSIR), Finovista and Unconventional Connections
UK are jointly organizing an online Workshop on IP
Management and Commercialization with special focus on Digital
Communication Technologies (DCTs) sector to solve Societal and
Industrial Challenges.

 

Gross Expenditure on R&D (GERD), is one of key indicator of country’s development, India’s GERD is
stagnant to around 0.7% over last two decades and It is well below that in
major nations such as the US (2.8), China (2.1), Israel (4.3) and Korea (4.2).
India is transforming the R&D ecosystem and targeting the GERD as 2% of the
Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

 

R&D and Innovation would be critical for India
to become self-reliant; this Workshop is carefully designed to provide complete
overview of IP landscape, suitable for the Spinoff/Startup, MSME, Academia
and R&D Labs.

 

Workshop is focused on Technology driven economy,
and it is one of the five pillars of Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan.
