Finovista is calling for passionate, driven individuals to be part of a short-term, high-impact field project. As a Field Enumerator, you will contribute directly to community engagement and data collection efforts that drive positive social change.

Role Overview

You will be on the ground, gathering critical insights through structured surveys, engaging with community members, and using digital tools to ensure high-quality data validation.

Key Responsibilities

a.) Conduct structured interviews and surveys with target groups in the field.

b.) Validate and record responses using mobile/digital data collection platforms.

c.) Maintain professionalism and sensitivity when engaging with diverse communities.

d.) Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of collected data.

What We’re Looking for

a.) Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and survey applications.

b.) Delivering quality work within given timelines.

c.) Ability to engage respectfully with diverse populations.

Duration & Availability
