Finovista Foundation works with foundation, donor, business, governments and investors to address complex development challenges in the areas of clean cooking, energy, climate action and livelihood, through structured implementation and systems-level change. Positioned as an implementer and focuses on translating policy intent, innovation, and capital into programs that deliver measurable outcomes for people and the planet.
Established in 2024 as the philanthropic arm of Finovista, the Foundation builds on Finovista’s proven track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs at scale. It provides a dedicated platform to mobilise and deploy philanthropic and blended finance for large-scale implementation, enabling proven solutions to move beyond pilots into sustained, system-wide impact. The Foundation operates at the intersection of innovation, policy and finance, with a strong emphasis on delivery discipline, risk management and accountability.
Finovista Foundation specialises in the design, management, and implementation of programs across clean cooking, energy transition, livelihoods, climate action, and institutional strengthening, particularly in underserved and high-impact contexts. Leveraging Finovista’s technical depth, ecosystem partnerships and on-ground presence, the Foundation combines global expertise with local execution to ensure interventions are practical, adaptive, and scalable. Finovista Foundation, legally incorporated as Transcending Horizons Foundation, is based in New Delhi and registered as a not-for-profit entity under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
