Ms. Sheetal Rastogi brings over 16 years of experience in developing strategy and execution roadmaps for new business initiatives, with a strong focus on consumer experience and market development. She has worked across diverse sectors including Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, and Specialty Retail, enabling organizations to design scalable and customer-centric solutions.

At Finovista, Sheetal leads and manages innovation, research, and livelihood programmes in the thematic areas of Clean Cooking, Low-Carbon Growth, and Sustainable Manufacturing. She has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and implementing multi-stakeholder initiatives that advance clean energy adoption, entrepreneurship, and market development.

Sheetal has been instrumental in designing and co-leading innovation challenges, start-up support programmes, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at strengthening the clean cooking ecosystem. Her work integrates research, technology validation, and grassroots engagement to accelerate the transition to modern energy cooking.

A strong advocate for gender equity in the energy transition, Sheetal believes that women’s leadership is central to accelerating the adoption of clean cooking technologies. By enabling women as entrepreneurs, advocates, and decision-makers, she works to ensure that clean cooking transitions create inclusive economic and social impact.

Sheetal serves as a mentor for the Women in Clean Cooking (WICC) Mentoring Programme (2023 and 2025)—a collaborative initiative of the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA), Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL), and the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET). She has also been recognized as part of the Energy Dozen 2024, an initiative by FSR Global and EU Chambers in India that highlights twelve leading women contributing to the energy sector in India.
