Launch of New Tender for ‘Services to collect a portfolio of data adding evidence to research on fuel stacking’

We are excited to announce the launch of a new tender for ‘Services to collect a portfolio of data adding evidence to research on fuel stacking’.

Building on the insights gained from the CCA User Insights Lab and the World Bank Multi-Tier Framework, MECS is seeking a consortium to complete further data gathering and analysis that fills research gaps and enhances the understanding of fuel stacking. Countries of interest are Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, India, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sierra Leone.  

The tender is open to any suitably qualified consortium of organisations from any of the named countries. The total budget is not to exceed £80,000 and will be for a maximum duration of four and a half (4.5) months, starting October 2025.  Funding is available for up to two countries.

B.) Once registered you will need to enter the Access code G98B683V2D to find the opportunity. 

C.) The full title of the opportunity is ‘LU00988 – Services to collect a portfolio of data adding evidence to research on fuel stacking.

D.) Only applications made through the Delta portal will be accepted.

E.) Deadline: The tender is open until 23:55 (GMT) on Friday 22nd August 2025. The portal will automatically close for applications at this point and it will not be possible to make an upload.
